§     March 1988: Founds Dandelion Paper Media, a Milwaukee based media production company. Developed this into a prominent development resource for Milwaukee based business clients.  Mr. De Mers sold all Dandelion Paper Media assets in January of 1992 to various interests for a profit in order to launch an expanded marketing and media platform as well as to return to his first love, namely, landscape architecture.

§     May 1992: Founds I Am Marketing and Media Services, a Tucson, Arizona based marketing and media consortium.

§     May 1992: Founds De Mers Landscape, a Tucson, Arizona based landscape design and build firm. De Mers Landscape would go on to win awards as a showcase commerical and residential landscaping company employed by many of Tucson's resort facilities as well as numerous high end residential clients to service their landscaping needs. De Mers Landscape was sold in the fall of 1998 to a major participant in the Tucson landscaping market for a profit in order to allow Mr. De Mers to fully concentrate his energy on his expanding company I Am Marketing and Media Services.

§     April 2003: Publishes Free Leads Warehouse on FreeLeadsWarehouse.com. Free Leads Warehouse is the World's #1 eBusiness Resource Center.

§     August 2006: I Am Marketing and Media Services enters into formal negotiations with International Marketing Fund (IMF) for funding and development of IAMM, Inc.

§     November 2006: I Am Marketing and Media Services receives formal Letter of Intent (LOI) from International Marketing Fund (IMF) for development of IAMM, Inc.

§     November 2006: I Am Marketing and Media Services issues formal Letter of Intent (LOI) to key partners for acquisition of intellectual property to develop the Ultimate Information Network.

§     March 2007: I Am Marketing and Media Services enters into a Joint Venture Agreement with Beryl's World/Internet Marketing Consortium to provide Web Development Services to 800+ Joint Venture Partners in the Beryl's World/Internet Marketing Consortium Network.

Education

§     After completing his college preparatory primary education with honors, Mr. De Mers entered secondary education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in the fall of 1984 concentrating his studies initially on architecture, urban planning and design. Upon concluding his sophomore year of studies he declared a change in majors and began studying formal modal logic and ontology in the philosophy department with a declared double major in business administration. Emulating the likes of Bill Gates of Microsoft fame, Mr. De Mers was driven to accomplish his business career and departed from academia shortly before completing his secondary education in order to launch a series of successful marketing and media enterprises.
